# Limits and pricing

> Oimo beta pricing and limits: API keys, webhooks, alias groups, filters, page sizes, delivery timeouts and rate limits.

## Limits

| Webhook paused after | 5 failed attempts in a row over at least 24 hours |
| Delivery attempts | 6 (retries after 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 8 hours and 24 hours) |
| Delivery log | Newest 50 deliveries per webhook, each kept 30 days after its last attempt |

## Rate limits

Requests are limited with token buckets: each allows a steady rate and a short burst above it. A request must fit in every bucket that applies.

| `GET /v1/prices/history`, per key or user, on top of the above | 2 requests a second | 5 |
| Per client address: requests that fail authentication, and sign-in | 5 requests a second | 20 |

A request over a limit is answered with `429`, error code `rate_limited` and a `retry-after` header with the number of seconds to wait. Wait at least that long before retrying, and add jitter when several workers share a key. To read a lot of history, ask for large pages (`limit` up to 10,000) rather than many small ones.
