> How to get help with the Oimo API and webhooks.

Email [support@oimo.com](mailto:support@oimo.com). To help us find the request quickly, include:

* your workspace name;
* for an API call: the time, the URL without the key, the status and the `error.code`;
* for a webhook: its name, and the event `id` from **Deliveries**.

> Never send an API key or a signing secret. If one was exposed, delete the key or rotate the secret in the app.
